Connecting to Auracast-Compatible Hearing Assistance System
Welcome to Bryan Community Church! To ensure everyone can fully engage in our worship services, we’ve upgraded our audio experience with a new, state-of-the-art Auracast-compatible hearing assistance system. If you have Auracast-enabled hearing aids, follow the instructions below to connect directly to our audio stream. You can find the list of compatible systems below.
We also have dedicated hearing packs available in the lobby for those who do not have compatible hearing aids or anyone who could use them. Please let us know if you have any questions or need additional support.
Connecting Using the Hearing Aid App on your Cellphone
If your hearing aids natively support Auracast (Bluetooth LE Audio), you do not need to physically pair them using traditional Bluetooth. You can join the broadcast directly using your phone:
1. Turn On Hearing Aids: Ensure your hearing aids are powered on and connected to your smartphone.
2. Open the Hearing Aid Companion App / Assistant:
- Open your hearing aid’s official phone app (or your phone’s native Bluetooth/Auracast assistant setting).

Go to the Auracast or Audio Broadcast scanning feature.
3. Join the Stream: Scan for nearby broadcasts and select the Oasis Aura / AuraPlex broadcast “Bryan Community Church” from the list to start streaming audio directly to your hearing aids.

Scan this QR code with your hearing aid app to connect to BCC's Hearing Assistance System.

- Starkey: Edge AI, Genesis AI
- Any future hearing aids explicitly built on Bluetooth 5.2/5.3/5.4 with LE Audio/Auracast support.
